Boveney Wood Farm – Barn & Stables Conversion
An impressive conversion of a listed property to form a single residential accommodation and the conversion of the stable block to a provide office accommodation.
Works included demolition of the existing structures, underpinning of the foundations and timber frame stabilisation.
A complete new roof covering with rooflights was required along with the replacement of all external Weatherboarding.
Bespoke windows and doors were manufactured by a specialist local contractor.
Outstanding Carpentry and the use of many natural wood features produced a superlative finish.
Internal finishes to a superior specification throughout.
Denham Mount – Summer Room
The project involved the construction of a single storey extension on this 200 year old Listed Building to create a rear Summer Dining Room and Link with works including:
- Demolition & excavation works
- Brick & Block Walling
- Portland Stone cills, copings
- Timber and Steel Framing
- Zinc sheet and other roofing finishes
- Installation of windows, timber French doors
- Installation of rainwater pipework and gutters
- Installation of underfloor heating system
- All electrical works
- All the above to a very high specification
