Previous projects have included numerous S278 works, the construction of access roads, traffic calming schemes and cycle paths. We are consequently well accustomed to the necessity to co-ordinate our works with those of the Statutory Authorities/ service providers.
All works are planned and overseen by our NRSWA qualified Engineer.
Renault Dealership, Kidlington and Guildford
Works comprised of groundworks in association with construction of new car dealership premises including associated roads, paving etc.
Groundworks package to car dealership forecourt included drainage and re-surfacing etc.
Thames Valley Police HQ Kidlington - Car Park Works
The project was to construct a new car park and new kerbline along the existing access road.
Additionally the works included; excavation of the existing lawn area, removal of the existing wearing course, localised repairs to the sub-base and installation of surface water drainage including gullies and a stormcell storage tank.
The scheme required the installation of a bypass separator, construction of a tarmacadam car parking area, formation of a raised footpath including associated speed bumps and new parking bay demarcation.
Drainage works included the replacement, re-lining and cleaning of the existing site drainage.

Yarnells Hill, Oxford
Intricate block paving road for a scheme providing groundworks and sub-structure works for 4 new houses.
National Cycle Network - Route 51
Construction of cycle network from Bedford Kings to Engineers Bridges, Bedford.
The cycle path measured 780m x 2.5m and was constructed using ‘Cellweb’, a Tree Root Protection System providing a flexible and permeable solution for protecting tree roots. The project also included the erection of lighting columns and associated works.
Cressex Link Road, High Wycombe
Construction of a New Link Road and the widening of the existing carriageway width to 9.5m. Works also included the construction of a new footway on the western side and a 3.6m Pedestrian/Cycle Pathway on the Eastern side. Traffic Re-signalling and pedestrian crossings were installed and 2 new bus lay-bys constructed. The project also included signing, lining, highway lighting, kerbing. drainage and ancillary works.
